For storage products such as SSD, eMMC, UFS, memory cards, or USB flash drives, customers are responsible for removing or backing up all data before submitting products for service. MAXIMAS does not intentionally collect user files stored inside returned storage products.

For SSDs, eMMC, UFS, memory cards, USB flash drives, or other storage products submitted for RMA, repair, testing, replacement, or failure analysis:

  1. Customers must back up all data before shipment.
  2. Customers must remove confidential, personal, business, or sensitive data where possible.
  3. Products may be erased, reformatted, repaired, replaced, or destroyed during service.
  4. MAXIMAS is not responsible for data loss, data recovery, data leakage, or data preservation related to submitted storage products.

Customers should not submit storage products containing sensitive, confidential, regulated, or irreplaceable data unless they have taken appropriate backup and security measures.
